More van than the usual man and van
A 3.5 tonne curtainside Luton with a tail lift: a good deal more van than the transit most man-and-van jobs turn up in. The sides open right up for easy loading, and the tail lift raises the heavy things straight onto the van from the kerb, so nothing has to be manhandled up into the load bed.
